Paul Legill is a winegrower of his land: all his vines are located a stone's throw from his cellar. And this terroir, he masters it! Essentially clay-limestone on Keuperian marls, it allows it to obtain deep wines where Pinots Blanc and Gris are expressed wonderfully. But for Paul Legill, the Moselle grape variety is Auxerrois. Well conducted, with a controlled output, it never disappoints. Moreover, the trained winegrower has a habit of embracing all aspects of his production and not leaving any detail behind. His wines therefore all bear his signature.
